Opened in 1992, Certified Framing has become the Capital District's most loved and trusted art and design destination. With outstanding qualifications, extensive experience, and exceptional ability, the Certified Framing staff makes customer satisfaction their first priority and ultimate goal.

Owner/operator Jill Baucom brings more than 18 years experience to every Certified Framing project. She is joined by a highly creative and qualified staff that balances personality and professionalism, expertise and flexibility. Together, the Certified Framing team works with each customer to create the perfect art, framing, or design solution for his/her home or office.

Jill Baucom holds a double degree from SUNY Albany in Art and Business Administration and is certified by the Professional Picture Framing Association (PPFA) in complete fine art framing. She lectures civic groups throughout the Capital District on fine art and the art of framing and was awarded the Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber of Commerce Achievement Award.
